A minute starts when the caller connects and ends when they hang up. Silence and hold time are included. Partial minutes are rounded up to the nearest second.
No. You're only charged for calls where the agent actually speaks. If a call goes to voicemail or drops before the agent picks up, there's no charge.
Yes. Each node in your flow can use a different model. Use Haiku for simple data collection, Sonnet for complex reasoning. You pay the rate for the model used in each segment.
Phone numbers are purchased separately at $2/month per number. You can buy local Australian numbers directly from the platform.
